Crafted Concepts is a restaurant management and consulting group with five acclaimed chef-driven concepts in the Denver market, and multiple large-scale consulting agreements. The Crafted Concepts team has over 125 combined years of experience creating concepts and operating restaurants in markets across the country.
Chef Jennifer Jasinski and Proprietor Beth Gruitch along with marketing guru John Imbergamo, launched Rioja in November of 2004. Rioja ushered Denver into a new spotlight on the national food scene and won a James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2013 along with numerous accolades from national and local food press. They subsequently acquired Bistro Vendôme, opened Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen, Stoic & Genuine and Ultreia – all winners of Best New Restaurant and other awards from Denver food media. Joining Jen, Beth and John are Matthew Brooks, Director of Operations along with Tim Kuklinski, Culinary Director who ensure a well-rounded, creative, and thoughtful team to help restaurants and operators run cutting-edge, impeccably designed establishments with ahead-of-the-curve food and beverage programs.

Crafted Concepts is partnering with a leading arena concession operator to revitalize and revamp the suites and concession programs at two sports facilities and a concert venue.
The Crafted Concepts group has entered into an agreement with a national airport operator to create new concepts and repurpose existing brands as part of a multi-location RFP process at Denver International Airport.
Through a partnership with a national museum restaurant operator, Crafted Concepts created the concept, menus and recipes for a new fullservice restaurant in a major downtown museum. The team was integral to creating a successful entry in the hotly contested RFP process.
The Crafted Concepts team was tasked with creating menus, recipe books, culinary training, beverage programs and opening assistance for four restaurant concepts located in a new $450 million dollar casino hotel.
